Rocky Mountain Horses

Naturally gaited, fabulous trail partners

Since the founding of our farm in 1997, we have been dedicated to the characteristics of the old-time Rocky Mountain Horse.  The focus of our breeding program has been to produce family, trail horses with outstanding, smooth natural gaits and willing, friendly personalities.

Our Rocky Mountain Horses are very easy to be around and a joy to ride.  They have wonderful, smooth gaits; and they are friendly, kind, and very level-headed.  Our training methods are gentle.  We use Natural Horsemanship techniques and do not use artificial mechanisms to achieve gait.

Our small, family farm has gone international.  In April 2007, we sent three mares to the Czech Republic; one was pregnant and in October 2007 delivered the first Rocky Mountain foal in the Czech Republic.  In March 2008, we sent two mares to Australia, and one delivered the first Rocky Mountain foal in the Southern Hemisphere on October 9, 2008.  For a week in June 2008, we hosted a visitor from Switzerland who was interested in learning more about Rocky Mountain Horses.  In July 2008, we sent a Rocky Mountain stallion to Australia.  And, in March 2009, we sent two additional mares to Australia, both are expecting foals in August 2009.
